Driver’s phone isn’t picking up their location? Try the following methods to find your location:
- Go out of the App and back in again to refresh the page
- Stand outside of the Casa and go out of the App and in again
- If the device WIFI is on, turn this off
The phone should find your location once you leave the store and go on the delivery. If it persists while on delivery there may be a hardware issue. Contact Nando’s Helpdesk.
