A store could have issues with the Management Console. This article will cover the frequent issues.


 

I Can't Log In the Management Console


 


You can:


  1. Find your login details in your introduction package on page 1
  2. Email nandos@cowabunga.co.za to request login details.



I Can't See the Map on the Management Console/It is Taking Too Long to Assign the Order After Pressing the Assign Button



There are two methods to solve this;


1. Turn off Data Saver


  • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome App        
  • To the right of the address bar, tap More  ⋮ >Settings.
  • Under "Advanced," tap Data Saver.
  • Switch the setting off.


If this doesn't work, then try the following steps:


  • Refresh the page,
  • Check for a “Show Original” notification at the bottom of the screen. Press this if it appears.
  • Check WI-FI speed.


If all of the above don't work, Contact Nandos Helpdesk.



The Time Placed on the Management Console Is Wrong


Through the Android tablet do the following;


  • Slide the connections settings page down



  • Select Settings



  • Scroll down and select the Date and Time



  • Scroll down and Select Harare GMT +02:00



Note: It is advisable that you close and re-open Chrome after doing these changes so they could take effect.



Blocking/Unblocking Driver Account(s)


You can block a driver if you don’t want them to show up under the list of drivers available to assign orders to. To block/unblock a driver, do the following:



Go to the top right-hand side of the management console and select the “Fleet” tab.



Select “View Details” on the right-hand side of the driver who can’t log in.



Select the red writing that says “Block/Unblock User


Uncheck/check the block and press “Submit
