This is the correct way to log a ticket, by priority:


1. 1st Line

If an issue is related to;

  • Driver queries;
  • Blocking or Unblocking drivers or;
  • Being unable to log in

you may use the FAQ & Support document provided during your training. Additionally, you can contact your Patrao & Coordinator using the In-Casa Support  if you still have issue. Also, you can chat to our friendly bot, Fred. to suggest issues with regards to any of these issues.


2. 2nd Line

For related matters to:

  • Hardware and Connectivity issues;
  • Can't assign orders
  • Not picking up location;
  • Not showing map correctly or;
  • Sim card issues
