In the case that you cannot see the Casa on the Management Console, but see a Cape Town map instead: 



Follow the steps below:


  1. Using your mobile device, connect the tablet to the phone hotspot (if you don't know how to set up a hotspot for your phone, check this link if you're using an iOS device or this link if using an Android device); 
  2. Refresh the Cowa Bunga screen on the Management Console;
  3. Disconnect from the Wi-Fi hotspot and connect to the tablet Wi-Fi again;
  4. Refresh the screen, showing the store on the map correctly.
