Is the Cowa Bunga App not showing? Is showing a blurry App with an icon? Or is it showing an Android logo?


If the App either shows one of the above (including the Android logo), this is usually caused by:

  • The driver App not installing properly;
  • The internet connection is slow during the update or;
  • Download/Installation failed due to the device turning off during the process (due to low battery)


To Resolve This...


  • Connect the device to a strong Wi-Fi connection.
  • Please wait for the device to finish the installation, it could take about 20 minutes (Download and installation time depends on the strength and speed of the Wi-Fi)
  • Reopen the App and allow all permissions.
