Blocking and Unblocking Driver accounts
Drivers can be blocked and unblocked from the available drivers’ list. Blocking a driver will revoke login access to the Cowa-Bunga app on the device.
On the management console, select the ‘Fleet’ tab.
Alongside the relevant driver, select ‘View Details.’
Select ‘Block/Unblock’
Using the tick box, you can select to block the driver or unselect to unblock the driver, then select ‘Submit’ to save.
