The difference between being offline and experiencing low network coverage on the driver app is as follows:

Offline: When offline on your mobile device, the driver app will indicate this with a “grey” dot on the driver status icon. This means that the driver is either not connected to the network or is unavailable to accept or make any deliveries at that time.

You can fix this by switching their internet connection on.

Low Network: When you have a low network on your mobile device, the driver app will indicate this with a “green” dot on the driver status icon. Although the driver may be online, their “receive” and “respond” times may be delayed or slowed due to their mobile devices experiencing low network coverage.

This can be fixed by rebooting their mobile or switching their internet connection off and back on.
