Collected Time
The collected time refers to the time the driver took the parcels into his possession and selected 'Collected' on his device.
Delivery Time
Delivery time refers to when the driver has arrived at the customer's location and handed the parcels over to them. This may require the driver to scan a QR Code, receive an OTP (One time Pin) or ask the customer to Sign on Glass for the receipt of delivery.
