In a case where a driver has accepted an incorrect order or the driver has multiple orders on his device, there is a way to resolve this. Follow these steps, and you'll be good to go.

Removing the Order From the Driver

On the Management Console (DOS);

1. Go to "Batches."

2. Select the batch you want to remove the driver from and click "Manual Assign Batch."

3. On the drop-down menu, Select "--REMOVE DRIVER--"

4. Click on "Assign." The order should have no one assigned to them; please check on "Driver" under the "Order" field to confirm that.

Reassigning an Order To a Different Driver

In a case whereby to want to remove an order from one driver to another, follow these steps:

1. Go to "Batches."

2. Select the batch from which you want to change the driver and click "Manual Assign Batch."
