Moving a Driver From One Cluster To Another

If you want to move a driver from one cluster to another during operational hours, you have to move the driver on the RTT end before requesting the Cowa Bunga Support to make changes.

We also advise you to ask the driver to log out of the app before making these changes.

Duplicate profiles: Potential problems, how to solve them.

We advise that you DO NOT create a driver profile on a new cluster while he already has one on a different cluster. Creating duplicate driver profiles will cause problems such as profiles.

  • A driver showing up on a different cluster he is not on duty on,
  • Wrong orders allocating to a different profile, or worse,
  • Correct orders are going to assigning to the wrong cluster.

To avoid this, do the following;

  • Make sure that the driver does not have a duplicate account. If you are unsure about this, please contact Loop support, and we’ll assist you.
  • Make sure the deleted accounts have an employee code of “9999” so that t it will be null when the Cron job takes place.
