Sometimes, a driver will not appear on the DOS even if the driver has logged in. This will lead to a driver not being able to get orders or become available so that he can be assigned orders. App data can cause this. To resolve this, please do the following;


  • On the driver's device, go to Settings
  • Go to Applications
  • Find the Cowa Bunga Driver app and click on it
  • Go to Storage
  • Clear app data and confirm.
