QR Scanner screen is greyed out.
Even though the driver’s QR Scanner screen is greyed out, the phone can still scan the code. Please proceed as usual, even though you cannot see the code image.
QR Scanner is not working.
Specific phone models have a setting to allow QR Code Scanning:
- Go to the driver’s device settings.
- Go to Camera Settings.
- Enable the ‘Scan QR Codes’ setting.
