If an order shows its status as 'Completed,' it does not need to be updated to delivered, for it has already done that. Therefore, the DOS may not have to sync when the status updated.

To fix that, follow these steps:

  • Click on 'Assign Batch'

  • On the dropdown menu, select '--REMOVE DRIVER--,' then click on 'Assign.'

This will remove the order from the driver and on the DOS. However, it will still be seen as assigned to the correct driver when they deliver it since the status of the order was updated by the driver.


Also, in cases where the batch has been delivered, and the order reappeared, like the image shown below:



Please do the same steps in this article, and the batch will remove itself.
