This process can be done in the Pingo portal.


If you would like to complete an order or trip done by a driver, this tool will assist with saving time in requesting for orders to be cleared.


Clearing an Order via Pingo


1. On the Pingo portal, go to the orders.


2. Select the order you would like to complete for the driver.


3. Select the 'Complete Order' button on the right side of the screen.




The order will be completed and removed from the driver's device and the DOS.
